Terms & conditions

Sale period

  • The sale runs from 10am Tuesday, 31 March 2026 to 11.59pm on Tuesday 21 April 2026.

Discounts

  • All reformers are $300 off RRP during the sale period.

  • Discounts apply only during the sale period and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code unless stated otherwise.

  • All pricing, discounts, bundles, and gift-with-purchase offers will be clearly displayed on product pages.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Availability

  • All products are subject to availability and may sell out without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary, including due to stock or pricing errors.

Shipping & delivery

  • Standard shipping terms apply. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Financing

  • Reformers purchased with Q Card during the sale are eligible for up to 24 months interest-free (lending criteria, fees, and Q Card terms apply).

  • Sale reformers purchased with Gem Visa are eligible for 12 months interest-free. 18 months interest-free with Gem Visa applies to full RRP purchases only and excludes sale items.

Gift with purchase (GWP)

  • A $200 LSKD voucher is included with all new reformer purchases during the sale period (excludes ex-rentals).

  • One voucher per qualifying purchase

  • Voucher will be issued via email after order completion

  • Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or discounts

  • Lost or deleted vouchers will not be reissued

  • If an order is cancelled or refunded, the voucher will be voided. If already redeemed, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the refund.

  • LSKD voucher terms and conditions apply.

Ex-rentals

  • Ex-rental reformers are excluded from this promotion and are not eligible for discounts or gift-with-purchase offers.

Returns & refunds

  • Our standard returns policy applies. Refunds will reflect the price paid after any discounts.

Consumer law

  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
